I always do my best to get every order out as promptly as possible. My processing time for all
orders is currently 1 – 3 business days.

Europe: 5-14 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-30 business days

This depends on your country and relevant local laws. Please note that you are responsible for any customs

I accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
This can happen with PayPal purchases and/or with purchases where the shipping and billing addresses is different. Please check your shipping address before and after you place your order. If you notice an error, contact me at immediately and I’ll do my best to assist you.

Can I return the items I purchased?
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the bag(s) you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be returned in original condition - unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached. I will refund your order within 14 days of receiving it back, minus shipping charges.

What are the shipping charges for returning
It depends on your chosen shipping method. Note that if you choose to use uninsured shipping with no tracking, I can’t be responsible for lost or damaged products.
CARING FOR YOUR BAG
How do I clean my bag?
Because most My Orbach bags are made of high quality, 100% vegan textiles, they can be washed. For best results, please hand wash your bag, or machine wash with mild detergent on gentle cycle, at maximum 30 degrees.
Do not iron. Please notice that some bags can shrink up to
1-2 cm overall.
There are a few bags on my site that shouldn’t be washed because their rare fabric acts differently. Please check the detailed fabric information and care instructions on your chosen bag’s product page.
How do I adjust/convert the straps of my bag?

Is it safe to make a payment on your site?
Yes. Your payment is processed by a secure, verified, third-party payment processor. I do not see or store any payment information.
